In 21st century. Although teachers will be important person of education administration but the teachers do not a center of learning anymore. The learners at the center of learning. As the saying, learning and teaching by emphasize important learner. In my opinion , Teachers in 21st century need to have characteristic such as,

Teachers are the good director. That is to say, The teacher will have to allow a students preform roles from their creativity by the teachers specify scope of story. For example, In the teaching civic duty subject. The teachers must allow the students brainstorm about that lesson which the teachers maybe ask question such as, How students should behave in order to be a good population of society. For student analyze to usefulness or bad result of behave by self. The Teachers will observe and additional some skill.

The teachers are a good combatant. That is to say, The teachers must fight with many problem. For example, reading and writing problem , narcotic problem , problem to happen from using the social media to much. So the teachers need to have solve a problem skills. Communication skills and media literacy. Bring all this to apply with student. The most important teachers are the kind-hearted woman because teachers must have compassion advise and pardon for disciple always.

Therefore in my opinion, The characteristic of teachers in 21st century. There look like with director combatant and kind-hearted woman because, who are support permit and reduce both though and behavior of learner, moreover must fight with many problem by compassion heart and wish well for disciple always.
