Following Steve/Anthony’s request to incorporate Channel strategy, sales strategy & marketing plan into the country strategy, I wanted to share with you a template we started working on in Indonesia. The logic is to build a bottom up view by client, by product, by distributor-assessing revenue opportunity, readiness, relationship, solution capability.
This way we have clear visibility on the size of the prize, readiness, as well as gaps to substantiate our commercial decisions and investment requests.
Is it possible to have your thoughts on the template, with intention to fill this up (From column A to column AB) for the Thai market before early January? Would you please delineate total payment spent by segment, by client, by product, by distributor, by vendor?
