Responsibility
• Apply visa and work permit for both Aibel staff and visitors
• Transportation and accommodation reservation for Aibel staff and visitors
• Coordinate in administration job with the overseas offices and local offices
• Conduct orientation for Aibel visitors
• Administrate the office facility
• Welcome and assist the company visitors
• Monitor and supervise maids at all office locations
• Maintain office supplies at all office locations
• Accompany Aibel staff to government offices
• Handling all HR administration job
Qualifications
· Bachelor degree in any field
· 2 years experience in visa and work permit handling
· Close attention to detail and deadline
· Good English communication skills -: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing
· Computer skills -: Microsoft Office, internet
· An ability to work independently without close supervisor
