We will be conducting planned maintenance on our order management system from 5:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on Tuesday, November 18, 2015. During this time, sellers will not receive information about new orders via "Sold, Ship Now" e-mails, Order Reports, or Manage Orders in Seller Central.
During the planned maintenance, customers can still place orders on Amazon.com, and you will receive information about new orders once the planned maintenance is complete. Orders received before 5:00 p.m. will not be affected and sellers will still be able to confirm, cancel, and update these orders during the planned maintenance.
