A qualified staff member will learn how to become a manager while working on the following initiatives:
• Improving communication flow and logistics between teachers, clients, parents/students, and the larger
Thai community
• Building stronger international relationships between US-, Thai-, and other Asia-based organizations
• Learning how to build a globally competitive branding and marketing platform while implementing this
platform in the local Thai market
• Improving the efficacy of the Top Scholars message in educating and improving the understanding of the
local community with regards to out-of-school preparation
Specific responsibilities of the Management Trainee include:
• Maintaining correspondence between Top Scholars and its clientele
• Planning and organizing both public and private events
• Networking with prospective parents, schools, students, and other local and international organizations
• Coordinating the Top Scholars marketing effort to maximize the impact of educating the local market
• Answering sales queries and advising students and parents on Top Scholars products and services
