anyway, there's one mistake, either on DHL invoice or on our invoice, but the DHL invoice was also provided by us, so finally we made the mistake.
And pls take care, if there's no custom clearance confirmation paper, customer is not able to pay whatever they received parts or not, and especially they are saying they didn't recive the parts.
