Masayuki Kashiwabara will finish his six years of assignment in Thailand and return to Japan. And will lead the “IT management office” stated above as a division head.
As a successor of Kashiwabara, Mr. Yoshihiro Kosugi will take over the position of GM, ASH-IT. Currently he is a department manager of “Domestic Sales Department” under “Corporate and Sales Systems Division”. He was born in Tokyo in 1968, and joined Honda in 1991. He used to work for Honda Canada Inc. from 2000 to2005 and this is his second overseas assignment.
ASH IT has two blocs, the first one is “System Development Bloc” lead by Ms. Panadda and the second one is “Technology and Security Bloc” lead by Ms. Kwantip. From April first, Kwantip will return to the development side and Panadda will return to the technology side.
Kwantip will stay as a member of “A&O IT Committee” as a rep of Thailand even after April.
Mr. Yoshikazu Miyashita will finish his five years of assignment in Thailand and return to Japan. And will be assigned to the “Global Support Center” under the “System Service Division”.
As a successor of Miyashita, Mr. Naoki Koike will be transferred from the “Global Support Centre” under “SCM System Division”. He was born in 1975 and joined Honda in 1999. This is his first overseas assignment.
Since January of last year, ASH sent Ms. Natenapar to HATC-S as an IT department manager, and HATC-S sent Ms. Prapapun to ASH as a department manager of the corporate and sales systems department as a short time transfer program. Effective on March 1st, 2014, this short time transfer will be switched to the permanent transfer.
