During the present study, APX was more sensitive to high H2O2
than CAT under ACO2 + EO3 at 60 DAE. Higher magnitude of
induction in SOD and POX activities under ACO2 + EO3 may be
ascribed to higher ROS production due to increase in O3 flux at a
later stage. AA content also increased under ACO2 + EO3. Lower O3
flux under ECO2 + EO3 than ACO2 + AO3 resulted into lesser ROS
production and hence, lower induction of antioxidants at 60 DAE
