HAWB not appearing in Search List screen is fixed again last night and it is available now.
Root cause is conflict between auto and manual numbering in eTrans. Manual numbering entered by user can not be equal or similar to automatic numbering. Whenever user enter similar number into system, it will create a duplicate within few transactions and HAWBs will not be listed in Search List screen.
From last night, we have inactivated auto numbering functionality to avoid "HAWB not appearing in HAWB Search List screen" issue.
From this morning auto numbering which is set for Bangkok (i.e. BKK0001234) is no more available. If user forget to check the check box, some system numbering which is very different from your style will be provided.
System has Company/Branch wise HAWB numbering functionality but there is a problem in how it is numbering. I will not go into details but ultimate problem is HAWB numbers will be skipped when user use both automatic and manual numbering.
We are strongly complaining about this functionality and asking Kewill India to fix this. But schedule of fix is yet not provided.
Until above two issue fixes are provided, we would like your team to use manual numbering only.
