Lessee cannot consider the change as the cause for terminating the lease or relieving the contractual obligations or demand damages, fine or other monies from the Company provided the changes do not materially alter the Lessee’s benefits under this Lease Agreement and the Lessee’s ability to trade and operate its fitness centre.
