•Directs, plans, controls and organizes overall functions of Personnel administration.
•Advises and assists subordinates in the areas of difficulties.
•Motivates staff and ensures high morale within the department.
•Ensures that Personnel functions are conformed with the company policies and guidelines.
•Advises and assists the employees at all levels in the company rules, regulations, and disciplinary actions.
•Oversees Safety and Security functions to be in line with the company policy.
•Oversees the employee welfares, benefits, and employee relations activities.
•Represents the company in dealing with governmental agencies and outside associations such as the Employer Association, the Personnel Management Group and so on.
•Monitors and analyzes labor movements and labor situations to create and recommend labor crisis prevention programs to the Management.
•Ensures that all jobs are kept within deadlines.
•Performs other activities as assigned by the supervisor
