product from Smith 1994. First of all, physical plant is physical environment and places.
Second is service is the tour guide and tourism organisations’ performance to meet customers
needs. Then, Hospitality is an extra service to fulfil traveller’s expectations. Next, feedom of
choices is satisfactory options for visitors to choose. Finally, customer involvement is
customer’s service participation.
