I. INTRODUCTION
The use of technology in teaching and learning is one of
the initiatives to improve the effectiveness of information
dissemination to students in addition to improving their
achievement. However, if the use of technology in teaching
and learning is not used properly and systematically, it will not
have any impact as expected [1]. Therefore, the use of
technology in the classroom solely does not give a positive
impact on students‘ achievement if the teachers do not take the
aspects of content and pedagogy into account. Pedagogy is an
important element in ensuring that learning occurs through the
use of technology [2]. Pedagogy that meets the 21st century
learning in line with the current technology is blended
learning.
