Reporting to the Key Account Manager; assisting with all aspects of recruitment for clients in a variety of industry sectors.
Drafting client job descriptions and posting advertisements on online sites and forums.
Responding to job applications.
Searching through online databases for candidates.
Directly approaching potential candidates from targeted companies (also known as headhunting).
Inviting potential candidates to interview at the Peak office.
Interviewing candidates and collating the candidate data in the Peak resume format.
Scheduling interviews on behalf of the clients.
Providing general administration support for the business, including; updating the Peak web site, communicating with the labour department amongst others.
