•Identify and grow talent to ensure leadership continuity for management succession planning
•Provide professional counseling and deliver business coaching for both retail and office staff
•Implement and manage Performance Management and People Development Program
•To collect feedback for continuous improvement and monitor the effectiveness of various training programs
•Assist in ad hoc projects related to the organizational development as well as other HR projects from time to time
•Occasional travel to outstations is required
Requirements
•Bachelor Degree in Training & Development, Counseling, Psychology or related discipline
•Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in training, learning and development in service industry experiences will be an advantage
•Have hands on experience in delivering soft skills training, e.g. influencing and negotiation skills, problem solving and decision making, etc. and leadership programs and succession planning
