If the Lessee wishes to vacate the premises at the expiration of the lease term written notice should be given to Lessor 30 days prior to lease expiration. In the event no notice is provided it is understood by all parties that the lease will automatically renew for an additional 1 year under the same terms and conditions. In the event of the sale of the unit, the lease can be terminated by the Lessor by giving 60 days notice to the Lessee.
