1. Appointment date – your first working day (start date October 5)
2. You will have to undergo 6 month probationary period. Based on your performance and evaluation your probationary period can be extended if it does not meet standards. After probationary period you become as permanent employee.
3. Salary breakdown (tax and allowance):
a) Cut off period for salary is end of the month. Depending on which day you will join the company there is possibility that your first salary can be released only by end of your second month. Please be prepared for this.
b) For first couple of month your salary will be given to you by cheque which you can withdraw in a bank. Later you will receive ATM card.
c) You are not entitled of housing allowance if you stay in company apartment.
Company apartment is studio/2 bedroom units (upon availability). Starting from second month your responsibility is to pay water and electricity bills based on usage. It will be deducted from your salary.
During your stay in company apartment you will be having free transportation to and from office every day, if your schedule allows you to join it.
You shall be paid housing allowance if you decide to rent your own apartment.
d) If you use company accommodation your NET salary every month will be around 42,450 PHP including allowance.
4. Working hours – your position is under Operations which means full shifting schedule - morning shift, mid shift and night shift, 5 working day bases. You are also entitled for night shift differential.
Compete work schedule will be given on your first/second working day.
5. During your probationary period (6 month) you will have 2 performance evaluations. First will be after 3 month/training period, to appraise your progress and second after 6 month upon your regularization. If your performance during this period exceeds company’s expectations your salary can be increased.
Third evaluation is annual performance review/appraisal which will be conducted every June 30.
6. Vacation leave as mentioned in Job offer letter will be increasing within first 3 years. You cannot have any Vacation leave during your probationary period. There is no work- no pay bases for days when you cannot come to the office.
Remaining vacation which hasn’t been used until December 31, with approval of your supervisor, can be carried over until March 31.
7. Sick leave - 10 days per every year. Days which haven’t been used cannot be carried over to next year and cannot be converted to cash.
8. Hospitalization leave – this is additional days to sick leave, only for emergencies which are happening with you.
9. You will have one additional paid leave on your birthday or any day within your birthday month (even if you are still on probationary period). If you fail to use during your birthday month it is forfeited.
10. During your birthday month Human Resource staff will get in touch with you so you can receive your birthday Gift certificates which you can use in the shops.
11. Government mandated benefits:
a) If you have to work on holidays you will be paid accordingly to holiday pay rate
b) 13th Month pay is already included in your Housing Allowance
12. Life insurance will be covered by company AXA.
13. Health insurance will be covered by company MediCard.
Both insurances will be given to you after 2 month training period.
14. As you already seen in salary breakdown your salary is taxable.
15. After every complete year of employment you are entitled to have return flight tickets to your hometown and back to Manila.
If you leave company before first complete year of employment, percentage of your flight tickets will be deducted from your last salary.
16. Company will provide you medical check-up as one of the most important requirements. If you will fail it regarding your health issues, there is possibility that we will terminate the contract with you.
Company will also provide you working visa. Your passport will be held with company at least for 6-8 month. During this period it is not suggested to leave Philippines, only for special conditions, which have been approved with team manager/supervisor/legal team.

• Scanned copy of signed job offer letter. Please write your start date/first working day. Company needs 2 weeks before you can start to work, to prepare flight tickets and accommodation.
• Scanned copy of your valid passport.
• Name of airport/ Airport of Origin from which you will be flying from.
• Availability to fly to Philippines – date when you can fly to Philippines.
• Hometown
• Will you need a company apartment?
• Will you need pick up from airport on your arrival day?
• Do you have English name/nickname?
• Also we will need a Clearance from Police, that you do not have any criminal records. It is one of the requirements for working visa.

You can also double check if you can apply for this Clearance any other City, not only Bangkok.
Please collect your payment Receipt and bring it to Philippines together with Clearance document. We will reimburse that money.
