Most participants were employed in the public sector (78.4%); the remaining worked in the private sector (17%) or as freelance professionals (2.9%); 1.7% were missing. The employment contract is for the 84.9% an open-ended contract, and for the 15.1% a fixed term contract. Participants belong to different working environments with a prevalence of the Municipality (41.3%), Health Units and Hospital (33.3%), Nursing Home (8.6%), Social Cooperative (6.0%) and other sectors (10.8%)
