1. From record of production every code that customer informed, we found no error in the record and we have not found any suspect on the sensory test sample.
2. As to combine factors which can cause muddy scent in our control are raw material (Sockeye fish) and water especially for Soaking and inkjet are list as Traceability attached which can show that not have any related.
3. Our QA Teams have sensory recheck with customer teams also we not found any clear muddy scent from retain FG or water but found some taste which different in some FG after grilled especially some pieces that oily.
