1. This manager have to set balance of people – focused and task-focused because some situation need to focused of each kind ,manager have to used it in correct situation .
2. Manager have to understand deeply in culture of work for their employee and apply the method to use with them ,because only manager’s experience cannot guarantee that manager will designed the correct way.
3. Manager have to be “followership” in some situation to build motivation or supports employee to create some method of work. It will make more relationship between manager and employee by manager not be leader all time just follow it some time.
4. Manager have to understand and try to use “360 degree feedback” to evaluate all of affected (is a circle) to find the result or any feedback from all concerning and manager will understand the root of result and improvement need point .
