Abstract
The aim of this study are to compareEnglish speaking skills before and
after learning throughSkype and assess English speaking confidence. The samples
were31EFL secondary school students selected through cluster random sampling.
Four English speaking lesson plans,a speaking tests, and rubics designed for
English speaking confidence were used as tools to collect data. The results of
this study revealed that Skype could help students feel free to speak English
and speak English confidently.
