Ok, now I beginning to wonder if I’ve done the right thing by using your company to have my labels made. I responded on this past Monday in an email string, saying that I wanted to go ahead with the order.
So far I am not impressed at all by the serious lack of communication that is apparent within your company. I am on the verge of cancelling my order and asking for a refund, so if you think there is something you can do to keep my business, please tell me.
