We have spent a considerable amount in the creation of our newsletters for brokers, agents and clients. The purpose of this communication is to enlighten our clients about health care issues and also build our brand.
Therefor it is very important that our Newsletters are used strategically, therefore I would like the following to take place:
All new and renewal Individual Policies have a copy inserted into their policy folder
All new and renewal Group Plans have 5 copies of the newsletter enclosed in the policy file with the offer to provide more
Confirmation that ALL of our brokers and agents have been provided with both soft and hard copies of the newsletter
Sales should canvass their brokers and agents as they may want to personalize this newsletter and sent it to all of their clients. In this regard we will modify our newsletter to have the contact address of the broker/agent for their use.
