Deliverables :
1.Implementation of the complete PM module , like descripted in the Blueprint but only with PM and SP settings/MD related to one Mixer & one Filling Line. --> Wave 1.Wave 2 / 3 must be handled seperatly. It must be clarified if Wave 2/3 handled via BSS ticket or a own project request..
2.Furthermore is forseen : one DM test, one testing phase and one final transport incl. final DM.
3. Due to all DM activities, the local project team provides all needed MD for BSS in the standard upload excel file.
4. Local KU trainings (processes & SAP usage) covered by RKU and/or BIM.
5. End user trainings covered by local KU.
6. All test activities covered, documentated in the BSS Test tool. Therfore the local project team creates and perform the SP/PM roll out test phase. The business approval for Go Live will based on the test results.
7. PC Thailand Key-User will have a basic training in a Europe PC before testing phase
8. Project Mgmt. by BSS/BIM will accomplished remote. RKU tasks ( training- & testing support, Go Live and post Go Live) will accomplished on site. An european key-User will support that Phase on site. ( 7 & 8 must be organized by BIM, Key-users and BPL) only PM functionalities - all others SAP moduls must be supported by local KU.
