WRUQMP is a common problem in of ce workers who use computers (Cagnie et al. 2007). Ergonomic intervention studies aimed at reducing WRUQMP have yielded mixed outcomes (Andersen et al. 2011). Uncertainty exists, therefore, amongst clinicians as to which workstation adjustments to recommend. The nding in this study suggests that a chair and computer screen height adjustment may reduce WRUQMP in computer users.
