Did anybody teach these pilots about weather avoidance and avoiding thunderstorms especially right after take off? This is UNBELIEVABLE. A slight turn to the right would have kept you away from the yellow and red. Total disregard for proper safe operation.
he right side of the SID is high terrain and the wind was actually blowing from right to left. the weather radar tilted up to the cell top but plane didn't fly high into that cell. although, you can see red and yellow but no magenta colour. there was no windshear prediction warning too. so the takeoff continued under those clouds and closely monitored.
