1 HR Department Service and office environment
1.1 There is a steady flow of traffic through the human resources office.
There is an open, inviting, atmosphere in the office.
1.2 The human resources office is open for the night shift at least one time
per month (either in the early morning or late evening hours).
1.3 HR employees are cross-trained in a variety of tasks and are able to
assist employees when service is requested (or must they wait to get an
answer from the "expert").
1.4 There are HR plans and actions for service/administrative improvement.
2 Human Resources Director/Manager
2.1 HRD/M accomplishes all due dates.
2.2 HRD/M communicates with GM and executive committee / DH team.
2.3 HRD/M has initiatives to develop projects/ programs for the property.
2.4 HRD/M participates as a champion/reponsible of special projects.
2.5 HRD/M maintains good relationship with other DHRs in the city.
2.6 HRD/M has attended personal/professional davelopment seminars in
the past 12 months.
2.7 HRD/M takes an active role in personality mentoring and guiding the HR
staff in their professional development.
2.8 HRD/M has P&L knowledge, and participates in all relevant hotel budget
processes.
