All China, glass and stainless steel ware must be separately placed in the dishwashing area and store in the stewarding storeroom.
Use only trucks and dollies for transporting and storing plates and dishes.
Use plastic or plastic coated surface racks for handling and or storing China, glass and stainless steel ware.
Maintain a sensible stock in stewarding’s store according to each outlet’s par stock.
Keep a careful inventory.
Keep up to date record system on all items, which are in store.
