Requirements:
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to our Global clientele with majority of calls servicing our Thai speaking clients
- Strong telephone etiquette
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Multi-tasking skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to be a team player
- Fluency in English and Thai is a must as you will be assisting our Thai speaking clients
- Proficiency in additional languages would be a plus
- Experience in a call center environment preferred
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
