•Prepare campaign card that includes campaign strategies, timeline, marketing collateral, communication plan and cost & benefit analysis for CBO approval
•Work with KTB Bancassurance team and CRM team on bundling product and CRM campaigns
•Coordinate with KTB to ensure all administration and result tracking of joint campaigns
•Initiate new campaigns that would contribute to Bancassurance premium income
•Co-ordinate with KAL operation division and other internal parties that would be impacted by the new initiatives e.g. new business submission, payment, report, etc.
•Work with Marketing Product Development on content of brochures and leaflets and sale script
•Co-ordinate with Marketing Brand and Communication on design of communication tools
•Co-ordinate with external venders on production of sale materials and tools
•Monitor campaign result
•Survey reasons of not responding to campaign
•Give recommendation/ suggestion and actions plan on how to improve campaign result
•Implement actions as per project plan to improve specific area e.g. response rate of loan protection compare to new loan granted by KTB
•Prepare communication tools, sale material and necessary manual for better understanding of KTB LB on our product benefit highlights and selling points
•Influence product mix to licensed brokers through workshops or roadshows
