- Why was the wrong release updated?
We could install a module that support “hypothetical tax both regular income and occasion income” but the program did not yet release. the program we are currently installed is incorrect, the features support only “Hypothetical Tax for regular income” .
- Who did the update?

- What’s your standard process and work instruction for latest release update (who, when, how, etc.)?
1. For version updated, normally we will offer to clients once a year under the MA., but for temporary fixed program we will work project by project and normally we will update the latest version to client.
2. For patch updated, from time to time, we will offer to the client who has a problem.
3. Our Project leader will make a requisition to get a standard CDs program in Stock and deliver to user.
- How does Eagle to ensure “this case will not be happened again”?
We will test all functions as per your requirements prior to install.
- Are there any other potential risks which happened in other clients? Were the Eagle’s Volvo contacts aware of these risks to avoid to happen?

2. Role Permission of the User
3. Configuration Setup ( We will review again this week )
4. Training and User understanding
