Provided that this Agreement remains in effect and neither party has served a termination notice, the Employee shall receive, in addition to the Basic Salary under Clause 4.1 above, a loyalty bonus in the amount of one (1) time her Basic Salary at the end of each year.
4.4 The Employer may grant the Employee an additional annual performance bonus in such amount as the Employer deems reasonable and fit. Such annual performance bonus shall be a target bonus granted to the Employee in the absolute discretion of the Employer, based on the Employee’s individual performance, the achievement of certain prior agreed goals as well as the Employer’s revenues and growth in the respective year. The performance bonus (if any) will be paid at the end of April of the respective following year.
4.5 The Employee’s work hours shall not exceed 48 per week. The core work hours are from Monday to Friday 8:00 h – 17:00 h (including a break of one hour). In addition to the regular working hours of the Employer, the Employee might due to her position be required to work overtime – even on weekends and public holi-days – to fulfil her targets and goals. Unless overtime work is specifically requested by the Employer, the Employee shall not be be granted additional remuneration and/or compensation.
5. Benefits
The Employer shall provide the Employee with health insurance in accordance with the Employer’s policy’s on Employee health insurance and in a manner mutually agreed upon by the Parties.
6. Annual Leave
Upon completion of her first year of employment, the Employee shall be entitled to annual leave of 10 work days to be used in mutual agreement with the Employer and according to the set company rules.
