Dear K.Noi,

For project implementation on Jan 2015 means we will officially use the extracted RFTC data start from Jan 2015, so the 1st official extraction will be on 1st week of Jan 2015 (by using the last 4 rolling back inspection data).

For the period during Aug - Dec 2014, we will take it as trial period in order to let all vendors to improve their quality performance and to be ready for official launch of project in Jan 2015. As well as to give time for us to analyze the RFTC tools whether it is appropriate with our business or not (some evaluation method may need to be revised)

The list of vendor we provided is to show the current blocking rate% of all vendors, in order to have idea whether our evaluation & penalty method is suitable and practical or not. I think we can implement RFTC to all vendors in Thailand, but for China, we will start for Shanghai vendors as below list first. For Guangzhou part, we still need time discuss about inspection record with all vendors.



Could you advise if you approve or not so I can continue to next process.
