Since the unit can be power up.
Just to make sure that you are doing the correct Reset Factory Default Setting on this camera.
1. Disconnect power from the product.
2. Press ( until you hear a click ) and hold the control button and reconnect power.
3. Release the control button only when the status flashing ember. The process is complete when the status LED indicator turns green.
4. The product has been reset to the factory default settings. If no DHCP server is available on the network, the default IP address is 192.168.0.90
5. Using the installation and management software tools, assign an IP address, set the password, and access the video stream
Based on your snapshot, you are able to detect the camera & the IP address is 10.209.244.135.
Could you please ping that IP address instead of 192.168.0.90.
Please upload the correct snapshot, if you uploaded the wrong image earlier.
