Teacher: Where in the world would you like to live?
Student: I have always dreamed of living in New Zealand.
Teacher: Oh really! Why?
Student: I have seen pictures and videos online about New Zealand and I think it is a very beautiful place. There are so many places that look amazing.
Teacher: Are there a lot of things to do there?
Student: Not really. It is a quiet place to live. But I love small towns. I think it is more peaceful to be closer to nature than the big city.
Student: Do you have anywhere you would like to visit?
Teacher: Yes. I have always wanted to go to Iceland.
Student: Iceland! Isn’t it very cold there?
Teacher: In the winter it can be cold but the summers are amazing. There are many mountains and rivers. I love hiking and camping. I wish I could spend a month traveling around Iceland seeing all the sights.
Student: Do you prefer big cities or small town?
Teacher: I prefer small towns but I do enjoy going to the city sometimes. There is a lot more things to do in the city but a small town is more relaxing.
Student: I think so too.
Grammar
Using Present Progressive:
Because pictures are moments frozen in time, it is natural to use the present continuous

Preposition of Place:
He is on the hay. The chair is behind the table. The dog is under the table.
Expletive 'There'
There are many roads. There are a few trees.
There is a river. There is a tall white man.
Do:
• Look at your picture carefully and take a few moments to think before you start talking.
• Talk for all the time you are given. If you have one minute to do the task, use every second.
• Practice the useful language below so you can explain which part of the picture you are talking about.
Don’t:
• Panic if you don’t know the words for all the things in the picture. You don’t need to know all the words for everything in the picture if you know what to say when you don't know an exact word.
• Get distracted and start talking about something else. Focus on the photo or picture.
• Panic if your mind goes blank. Take a deep breath, look at the picture and start again.

This photograph was taken in a family home, in the dining room, and shows two adults and a little boy sitting at a dining table.
The main focus of the photograph is the man on the left hand side, who is working and the little boy on the right hand side, who is eating. In the background, on the far side of the table, there is a lady talking on the telephone. It seems like the two adults are the child’s parents. The room is clean and bright, with white walls, a window and a bookcase with lots of books in it against the far wall. There is a tall, cream lamp on the right, next to the bookcase.
The father, who is wearing a white shirt and black glasses, looks like he is working from home today; he appears to be very busy as he is looking down at his notepad and has a pen in his hand. He is not smiling so maybe he just wants to get on with his work.
I think the little boy looks about two years old and has light brow
