1. In a mixing bowl, marinate the pork for 10 minutes.
2. Add the chopped green onions.
3. Beat in 2 eggs.
4. Pour the eggs into the bowl of marinated pork. Transfer to a serving plate and prepare for steaming.
5. In a wok, add some water and put a steaming rack in the center. Bring to a boil. Put the plate of eggs in the center. Steam for 6 minutes.
6. Serve with a sprinkle of sesame oil and some green onions.
