When an order is placed, the funds are reserved straight away in your account. As they are only reserved in your account, they are simply not visible in your available balance but are still in your account. If we do not claim those reserved funds within 5 working days, they are automatically released back to your available balance. This does not always show as a transaction on a statement and you would have to confirm this with your bank. As the order has been canceled, there was an automatic message sent to the bank requesting the release of those reserved funds. Please contact your bank for further information.
