Andrews is not your average hot dog slinger according to restaurant reviewer Metromix Chicago. As it turn out, this owner of the Western Avenue store founded the Rescue Foundation in 2003, a nonprofit organization that tries to help formerly incarcerated people by providing them with work and the opportunity to develop business skills. Felony is said to be an extension of the foundation's mission, employing only those people who have serves time. For now, the restaurant is walk-up only, but there are plans for a drive-through option and may be some day indoor seating. For now, a few picnic tables are available outside.
