The independent variables of the study are organization commitment, financial benefit and owner
attitude. And the dependent variable is employee loyalty. The independent variable (organization
commitment, financial benefit and owner attitude) affects the dependent variable (employee
loyalty). Higher the organization commitment higher will be the employee loyalty. The operational
