Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,
I am looking forward to see all of you next week in person.
Attached pls. find our tentative shipping schedule for the new contracts which we would need to
be fulfilled best possible, as otherwise we face trouble to meet our commitments
with our customers.
I would like to discuss through the following points with all of you next week, main points are:
1st Communication: How can we setup a proper or smoother communication between Urmatt / SRTS / Transimpex regarding shipping schedules?
2nd Quality: From November shipments onwards we ask you to produce/ship the LG BROWN MILL RUN as a GENERAL RULE with max. 10% Brokens.
3rd Brokens: The selected Brokens out of the 5%/10% calibrated brown mill runs we ask you to ship separately in FCL`s.
4th We received LG brown and white 5% in different qualities. 1 CT had avg. length of 7,7 mm(very long) and another with 6,7-7,3 mm. The 7,7mm quality was extremely fragile and caused additional brokens of abt. 6% and more until the goods arrive packed in the supermarket. It seems the longer version is much more fragile. Reasons must be identified and discussed. (question of variety?)
5th Can you sent a good average shipping sample of each CT of abt. 1.5 kg per CT once the goods are shipped, labelled with CT-No. and our Batch number?
6th Can we get Info from you which CT has which heavy metal levels included in the COA, resulting from your pre-selection of the paddy (or the milled rice)?
7th Which additional volumes you may have available to sell?
For HIPP next week the main focus is as follows:
1st How is the low arsenic rice identified and separated / stored? SYSTEM?
2nd Traceability from field to Big bag / CT?
3rd Moisture control, storage and drying process, as Aflatoxins were detected above baby Food levels.
That`s it for the moment, but I am sure there will be several more points to be discussed next week.
