We always require the output one day prior to the delivery date as stated in the schedule. This provides sufficient time for CRM team to review and process the files and deliver them to the client within the scheduled date. This practice has been followed till now and was also reiterated to your office while finalizing the processing schedule. The output deadline was also mentioned in the initiation email and hence we expected the output from you within yesterday your cob hours. Please expedite and send us the payrolls urgently so that we can meet the delivery deadline.
