I received multiple calls and this Cease and Desist Letter from Jeunesse demanding Lazada to take down those SKU online by their member.
Basically, Lazada shall simply ignore this due to no legal relationship incurred between Lazada and Jeunesse. However, this case is being involved with the quality of the products sold by our current Sellers and probably give adversary effect to the well-being & healthiness of those purchased consumers.
In this regards, please kindly offline those SKUs in dispute temporarily as attached file and commence investigation by informing the Sellers. In order to reactivate and avoid any unexpected legal risks, at least, the Seller must be able to show the invoices issued by Jeunesse to confirm that all products were being bought from Jeunesse directly.
