I understand your point.
I had called Fedex about the urgent delivery of the shipment, but Fedex could not change the service type.
The reason is that the shipment has already loaded in the container.
I had request them to put a note on this shipment to be deliver asap.
Maybe you can call Fedex ( Thailand) to request again.
The shipment has left Singapore to the destination on 3rd Nov 2016.
