his is the third time I have emailed/comtacted your hotel with a view to a refund that was due to be paid to me following our stay at the hotel.
We stayed in your hotel from 03 April and due to a delay in flights we did not arrive until the 04th. When we arrived early in the morning we were amazed to find that you had hired out our room and we had to wait whilst you found a temporary room and then later moved us to another room. The Manager said we would get a full refund for the night of the 03rd. Sadly despite chasing we have not been paid nor had the courtesy of a response.
Can you respond immediately please? I will be posting reviews on website if I do not get the courtesy of a response within 24 hours.
