relevant information about the WHS matter must be shared with workers; and
f workers must be given a reasonable opportunity:
a. to express their views and to raise work health or safety issues in relation
to the matter;
b. to contribute to the decision-making process relating to the matter;
f the views of workers must be taken into account by the person conducting the business or undertaking;
f the workers must be advised of the outcome of the consultation in a timely manner.
