Drive improved customer engagement per client prioritization.
- Deepen our partnership/relationship with regulators at working level to drive appropriate regulatory outcomes, enhance control environment, etc. Influence regulators on new technology, data privacy and data security.
- Support the bank’s sustainability strategy and utilize this as a way of enhancing staff engagement, by educating team members on the bank’s employee volunteering focus, and enabling them to contribute their time and effort towards the bank’s aspiration to contribute 3 days or EV per person.
- Support Paper saving initiatives in WBO.
