If the amount is USD 250k+ ... then its getting quite big and maybe too much for SMT cashflow. Should we consider to have SAS to loan SCC about USD 300k temporarily? Would just need a simple loan document.
Maybe its better to use SAS for this purpose right now since SAS is the shareholder and better not to introduce Silfin into the equation until everything is settled with SCC permits and status.
I imagine the first USD 100k is still going to go in from SMT today unless SAS can make the transfer to SCC today for the full USD 300k.
In any case, once SAS puts in the USD 300k to SCC by loan, the money that SMT lends can immediately pay back to SMT.
Does that work for all?
