1. Real Time SCM Report ( Recording )
- Use new format for hand writing and recording in SCM System real time.
2. Outbound Call
- Manager send 20 customers list for each call center representative ( 8 representative / Day )
- During the idle time, call center representative should make outbound calls to the given customers and sell products
- For each sales, Main office provide 50 baht to the representative ( Incentive )
- Manager need to find the way to tracking exactly who made sales with outbound call.
- With the tracking, Main Office pay salary + Incentive
- Call Center Representatives must focus on inbound call first and then outbound calls for secondary
3. Manager co-operate with the Marketing Manager ( S.I. LEE ) with this matters
