In this research, a quasi-experimental research design is used. The research instruments were the questionnaires and test. Researchers designed questionnaires which consisted of 2 main sections as given in Table 1. Likert scale was used as a form of measurement. Before the questionnaires were given to the respondents, a pioneer test was done where ten degree students were randomly selected to answer the questionnaires. From the pioneer test, the Alpha-Cronbach value was equaled to 0.98 which means that the validity is very high. The questionnaires are divided into four main sections as shown in Table 1:

The students in the treated class were divided into six groups. Each group were given different categories of problems, namely General Knowledge, Agriculture and Agribusiness, Business and Marketing, Health Occupations, Home Economics and Industrial Technology. They were given time to discuss the problem and to find the solutions before each representative from each group was asked to give their presentations in the class. The real life situations questions that were given help the students connect probability to real life situations. After the lesson, both groups were given the same quiz. The research hypothesis was as follows:
Ho : There is no significant difference between the quiz performances of the control group and the treated group
H1 : There is significant difference between the quiz performances of the control group and the treated group
