The methodological quality of the majority of the studies
according to JADAD score was moderate ranging from 2 to 5
(Table 1). Although these studies were RCT’S, only 2 out of the 5
thoroughly discussed how the randomization of the participants was done. One of the studies [37] scored 2 points as it only
mentioned some details about randomization and blinding, 3
studies had a score equal to 3 or more [38–40] and only one
study scored 5 [41].
